Every three years is the Festival of Festivals held in the Limmat city of Zurich. Then the city centre, otherwise occupied by cars, buses and trams, resembles a gigantic fair. A so-called “giant chilbi” takes place around the Zurich lake basin. Stalls with specialities from all over the world and amusement rides lure visitors to the big folk festival in Zurich. Every Friday and Saturday evening, spectacular fireworks displays with music take place.

Don’t miss the Züri-Fäscht, because it takes another three years until the next festival.
